Trying To Get Pregnant, Prescribed Meprate For Periods, Not Helpful. What To Do?
Hi Doctor, I m 33 years old.Lack of periods due to PCOS, my doctor is put me on meprate for getting my period for 5 days. Took meprate for 5 days and after 5 days more just got very slight bleeding with brownish color clots. Does not seem like peroids. trying to get pregnant for the first time. please advice.

it sounds like you probably had a dry light and atypical period. you might want to discuss with your doctor if he/she thinks you should try the medicine each month in order to induce regular periods so you can have normal regular periods. if that doesn't work to help you get pregnant, ask your doctor if he/she thinks you should try additional medicines like clomid to help you ovulate. good luck on getting pregnant!
