Trying To Fall Pregnant. Shorter Periods. More Symptoms
I have been trying to fall pregnant for three months now with little success. The first month off the pill I had a light but pink period for four days. Last month it was brown and lasted for three days. This months period hasn t even lasted a full two days and has been very little and brown in colour. Can any one suggest why this is happening? I had a normal 5 day period when I was on the pill
Its nice to know that you want to conceive. Decrease in flow during periods can occur due to stress and anxiety, low Hb% in blood, hormonal imbalance, anovulation, etc. Sometimes due to pregnancy. When HCG concentration is low in the urine, you may get false negative pregnancy test reports. You may see slight spotting too. Get clinically assesses or get a blood test done to detect HCG levels in your blood.
If you get negative report, you may need HRT or ovulation study. You may have to go through USG, get your partner's semen analysis done.
Take food rich in iron, minerals, calcium, antioxidants. Keep yourself well hydrated. Do not take stress, avoid any type of addiction. Take care.
