Trying to concieve. Prescribed medicines. Siphene 100 mg in the third cycle. Does it help to concieve?

Hi Dr... I am 22 yr old...TTC since july 2012..after marriage my periods became irregular as i gained 12 kgs of weight...nw i 71 kgs..height 5.2 My doctor has started glyciphage,siphene 100,lipophage,folvite n endogest 200.. I never took so many medicines..would they help... Its my third cycle with siphene..this time it is 100 mg...previous cycles it was 50 mg..
