Trying To Conceive, Irregular Periods, Ultrasound Showed PCOS, Prescribed Ginette. Is The Treatment Right?
Hello doctor, We are married for an year now and plan to start a family. My wife has irregular periods (time between two periods varies between 45 days to 60 days). The sonography showed normal ovaries, but also indicated them to be polycystic ovaries but not PCOS . The doctor first gave her deviry 10 mg for 10 days. After that course, in 3 days she had her periods. Post which the doctor has given Ginette 35 for 21 days from the 5th day. Could you give a second opinion on whether the treatment is correct and this is the right way to go forward. We are keen to start our family asap. Thanks.
