Hi
Welcome to HCM
Thanks for your query
As per discussion it seems that contact time for both partners was insufficient
Having regular sex is the best way to get pregnant right away Your fertility also increases the more often you have sex throughout the cycle, not just during the fertile days
Couples often try to time everything perfectly for ovulation but do not have sex when they think they are not ovulating. It is true that sex that is not within the time of ovulation will not result in pregnancy. However, because women do not always ovulate when they think they will, having sex three times a week will help a woman to cover her bases, and not miss an opportunity to get pregnant.
Failing to conceive doesn't mean you are a failure
Other simple things you can try are-
1) lay in bed for 10 to 15 minutes after intercourse to get entry of sperm to womb via gravity
2) Try not to get stressed out about starting a family
3) Take healthy nutritional diet
Take care

OBGYN Dr. Nilofer AR's  Response
Hello ,
Thanks for the query.

I recommend you to get a folliculometry. It clearly gives information about size of follicle and ovulation.

Since you are together since only 2 months, nothing much to worry if you have not conceived.
Chances of conception are as high as 85% with in 1 year of regular unprotected sexual intercourse.

So do not worry. This could adversely affect tour fertility.

You can write to me anytime for further clarifications to the following link:
