Trying To Conceive, Heavy Bleeding, Cramps, Back Pain, Diarrhea. HPT Test Negative. Pregnant?

Afternoon, my husband and I have been trying to conceive and my period was 8 days late. The hpt test have been negative but one seemed to have a barily visible positive , and now I m having heavy bleeding, cramps, backache , dizziness , and diarrhea . Could I have been pregnant or is this normal? I ve never felt this yucky before.

Thanks for query,
You are not pregnant as you got heavy bleeding.
Your pregnancy test also confirm it.
The delayed bleeding have some times symptoms like dizziness cramps diarrhoea etc.
So nothing to worry.Try in next cycle.
