Trying To Conceive, Have Missed Periods With Brown Spotting, Had Taken Duphaston. Pregnancy Chance?

Hello, my last period was june 17th. I took clomid days 5-9 and because my periods were in general not regular my doctor also told me to take duphaston from days 15-24. I did that and today is day 32 and i have still not menses....i am trying to conceive....today i just had a bit of brown spotting no new blood ...can i be pregnant?

Hello, I would be happy to help you with your question.

So to summarize, you have irregular cycles (i.e. irregular or absent ovulation) and were placed on clomid (which increased the chances of ovulation) and in addition to that, you were placed on supplemental progesterone for the second half you cycle. Now you are possibly "late" with some brownish spotting.

The possibilities include:
1. You are pregnant (yes this is possible and might represent implantation bleeding and you should do a test)
2. You did not ovulate (in which case the clomid dose needs to be increased)
3. You are starting your period soon, and the spotting is the prelude to this event
