Hi. My last mestruation was april 17 and im TTC..till now no mensturation yet. ive been toy dr. this morning for an ultrasound and she see nothing then she gave me duphaston to regulate my menstruation .my concern is it is possible that im pregnant but not visible yet.i had lot of earlt pregnancy sign like vomiting in the morning soft amd sensitive nipples and sometimes lower abdominal cramps like anytime ill have my menstruation.

It seems that you are not pregnant. It is almost impossible for a doctor doing an ultrasound to check for pregnancy and to miss it.
Your symptoms were either psychological or maybe just premenstrual symptoms.
You should take the medicines as advised by your doctor and keep regular follow up.
Also do not stress too much and improve your diet with nutritious food and take up regular moderate exercise.This will help you better to conceive along with your medicines.
