Trying To Conceive, Have Delayed Periods, Spotting On Wiping, Abdominal Pains. What Could It Be?

Hi, I am a little confused. I am now 4 days late and I am actually trying to concieve.. But earlier I went to the bathroom and I had a little pinkish color when I whipped. I put a panty liner on to see if maybe it was my period, but nothing else had came out. What could it be? And I haven t had any symptoms really. Just abdominal pains.

Welcome to HCM.
Mild bleeding may occurs even in pregnancy on cycle date.
You can go for urine pregnancy test after 7th day of missing cycle.
If pregnancy is positive then consult gynecologist for further management to maintain the pregnancy.
Start b12,folic acid,dha,calcium supplements.
Keep in touch with your gynecologist.
