Trying To Conceive, Getting Slight Twinges In Ovaries. Sign Of Implantation?

Dear Dr, I’m the process of trying for a baby, my fertile window was around 28feb to 4 march. A few days ago I have been getting slight twinges in both ovaries, the twinges are throughout the day, but they are not constant. My period is due on the 17th March a week before I get tender breasts, cramping, and very bad back pain . I have none of these symptoms. Is this sign of implantation?? If not what could be resulting to this? Hope you can answer my questions Thanks you Ra

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Tender breast can be sign of pregnancy.
However twinges in ovaries are false pregnancy symptom.
So get relaxed & get urine pregnancy or serum beta-hcg test done if you miss your period.
Take care
