Hello,
If ovulation is happening normally and the ovum is being released in to the tube without any hindrance, you have been prescribed the needed medication. Your doctor perhaps wants to see if you can conceive naturally as you have not been prescribed any ovulation inducing agents. Please follow up regularly, monitor your basal body temperature and if possible, get a follicular study and have timed intercourse. You may need a couple of cycles to assess the situation. Hope you find this information helpful. Wish you good health.
