Hi there,
Thanks for writing to us,
If you want to conceive, try to have sex around 14th day of your increases the chance to double than the most of the days.
Some signs which let you know you are on ovulation are,
The cervical mucus , during your fertile peak is stretchy .Another way to know about your fertile days is by using body temperature monitoring(increased slightly during ovulation). It is an effective and natural way to know about your fertile days.
Missed period,
Nauseating symptoms,
Tender breast,
Frequent urination,
Bloating and sleepy tendencies are some earlier signs of pregnancy.
Take care.
