Hello, Welcome to HCM, I am Dr. Das

Look, there are multiple abnormalities.

1. Fibroid uterus - it has to be removed, if there is any symptoms like high bleeding.

2. Polycystic ovarian syndrome. - now, this is the most important disease to be concerned for. In this condition, testosterone levels are high. So, all these indicates severe disease condition. Infertility is a high possibility.

You have to consult with a gynecologist for further management with medicines like metformine.

Regards.
