Trying To Conceive. Semen Analysis Done. Suggestions?
Helloo i am 23 male married. we both trying to have a child since 2 years but no result. after that i went to check semen test. result shows nil sperm count. we r both upset about result. my seminal fluid result are as:
Color: Grayish-white.
Reaction: Alkaline.
Volume: 1.5 ml.
Liquefaction: within 30 minutes.
Viscosity: Thin
Motility: Nil
Sperm Count: Nil
Morphology: Wbcs:2-3/hpf
Grem cells + seen
Any suggestion for me? Thank you

Hi,
From report it seems that you are having Azoospermia i.e. absence of sperms.
This is the cause not having conception to your wife.
You may require testicular biopsy to find production of sperms are there or not or any other reason having Azoospermia.
Consult urologist and get investigated.
