Trying To Conceive. Nausea, Tender Breasts, Leg Cramps, Pinkish Spotting. Pregnant?

hi, i ovulated 19-21 roughly and had intercourse those days, im not on birthcontrol and and trying to concieve. i normally have a 5-6 day period and last two months its been every 4 weeks exactly. this month im having early pregnancy signs such as, neausa tender and larger breasts, white dots on my areaola and blue vains visable, leg cramps etc. i know its early but tested anyway and got a negative. but ive been bleeding from the 2nd with no cramps and bright red blood that started off pink and got heavier but not heavy enough to fill a pad yet. my last period was 4/4 this is all weird for me. so wondering what could be happening.

Hi,
Thanks for your query.
The chances of pregnancy have always been there with unprotected sex during ovulation.
Pinkish spotting because of implantation bleeding or maybe because of the period.
You should consult a gynecologist to rule out pregnancy by blood test and ultrasonography.
Good Luck.
Take care.
