Trying To Conceive. Mild Spotting. Implantation Bleeding Or Pregnancy?

Hi my name is Linda and my husband and i have been trying to have a baby. I was supposed to have started my period on the 20th which was this past Monday however on Friday the 17th in the afternoon i noticed some spotting just when i wiped and had no flow what so ever which usually i do for atleast the entire day or two. could i have had implantation bleeding just three days before my period was due or would you think it was my period even if i had no flow only when i wiped?

Hi Linda,
Thanks for writing to us.
This spotting may be because of implantation bleeding and may be because of impending your period.
You should consult a gynaecologist for urine, blood test and ultrasonography to rule out pregnancy.
