Trying To Conceive, HSG Done, Uneasiness In Stomach, Backache, Bleeding. Implantation Bleeding?

hello doctor I am 31 yrs and married for 2 yrs. M trying hard for conceiving so finally hv consulted doctor. My last period was on 5th nov 2012. I underwent HSG on 10th day of period and on 21st day i experiences very uneasiness in my stomach due to which i couldnt sleep. since den i started feeling uneasiness in my stomach, backache , loss of appetite etc. i was v happy that finally i maight be pregnant. bt 2de i think i have started with my periods. it is red color blood. just wanted to confirm can it be implantation bleeding?

Hi,

some women have a slight show of blood / Implantation bleeding - which is often very light in color and short. This would occur approx. 6 days after conceiving / getting pregnant.
In a 28 day cycle you would expect the ovualtion to be around day 16 of the cycle (12 days before the next period starts) - so , yes , that would bring you to day 22 of your cycle.
However with the symptoms you had - it seems the show of blood might be due to something else.
Maybe even a belated side effect of the HSG.

The symptoms you were having would not be pregnancy related.
Seeing as the body wouldn`t even know it was pregnant itsself until implantation has occured!
I would connect the symptoms to other things rather than pregnancy.
Which still doesn`t exclude the fact that you should take a pregnancy test at home in another couple of days.

hi welcome to hcm.see can u confirm ur pregnancy ? or if bleeding is just like spotting then it may be implantation bleeding but if it continue then may be u get ur periods.u confirm ur pregnancy after u missed ur periods by urine or blood test.
