Trying To Conceive. Dizziness, Nausea, Cramping, Metallic Taste In Mouth, Hot Flashes. Pregnant?
Hi. My name is Brianna Smith. My husband and I are trying to conceive, and I've just finished ovulating. I'm probably going to sound insane, but what is the earliest that a woman can experience symptoms? All of a sudden today I have begun to experience dizzying nausea, cramping, metallic-like taste in my mouth, and hot flashes. I know that all of this could just be my mind playing tricks on me, but I wanted to get your take on it. Thank you.

The symptoms of pregnancy are seen earliest at 10 days post ovulation. Right now it is too early to have any symptoms of pregnancy. The symptoms that you have might be related to weakness or gastritis.

Since you are trying to conceive the 1st sign may be implantation bleeding but that may be like spotting and in some may not be noticed. You can start taking folic acid tablets and wait till your missing period and get done UPT and blood HCG level done to diagnose pregnancy. Intercourse during ovulation period increases the chance of conceiving but its not 100% sure of conceiving. Consult your doctor for further examination and management.

Some mothers have the feeling of being pregnant at the moment of conception,while others dont beleive it till they get +ve preg. test.
The earliest time to feel symptoms like dizziness, morning sickness, breast signs,fatigue is a week after conception.
Well, it can also be psychological-to be sure you can go for for blood HCG test 8-10 days after ovulation( if you are certain about the day)
You should wait patiently for the periods, If too anxious, get blood HCG test done (+ve after 10 days of ovulation) OR uPT after 10 days overdue periods.
