Trying To Conceive. Bloating, Stomach Cramps, Dizziness And Thick Vaginal Discharge. Pregnant?

Hi there me and my partner have been trying for a baby since December when I came off my depo injection. I have had a regular period in march but Obu spotting last month, I took a pregnancy test because I was convinced I was pregnant but it came out negative, the past week it so I have been feeling really bloated and the past two days I have had thick vaginal discharge and stomach cramps. Just started to geel quite dizzy and nauseous. Could I be pregnant?

Early pregnancy symptoms are nausea, dizziness, fatigue, mild abdominal pain.
Pregnancy can be detected by blood or urine testing of HCG levels. The level of HCG would be detected earlier in the blood than most urine pregnancy tests.

There are some urine tests that can detect very low levels of HCG. You can consider obtaining one of these early detection kits from your local pharmacy.
