my age is 26 male (married 3 yrs, trying for a baby,bt couldn t get result, please suggest any herbal pills for my sperm if required,i have done my wife s HSG and lapsoscopy both tubes are open in laproscopy .. blood group.- b+ rh factor-positive rpr-non reactive hBsAg-negative seminal fluid analysis: volume-2.0 ml pH-alkaline viscosity-liquified in 15 minutes actively motile- 50% sluggighly motile-10% non-motile-40% Total count- 128 Million/ml morphology: normal forms- 60% abnormal forms-40% wife-- hemoglobin- 10.7 Gms/dl blood group- o+ rh factor - positive rpr- non reactive HBsAg - negative

Hello,
Your wife's reports are normal. There is no Rh incompatibility also. Your semen analysis shows slightly below normal values that should get corrected with treatment. I suggest you see an andrologist for further advice as the studies on herbal pills are empirical. You should be evaluated first for other factors and also a repeat sperm analysis. Good luck.
