General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that she may have a urinary tract infection, this would result in abdominal discomfort, fever and the discomfort that she is experiencing on urination. In severe cases it would result vomiting and decreased appetite.

It would be best if she visits her doctor for an assessment which would include history of the symptoms, examination of her abdomen and also urine analysis.
Treatment of urinary tract infections involves drinking copious fluids, cranberry juice can help in some persons and the use of antibiotics.

I hope this helps

General & Family Physician Dr. Das Arindam's  Response
Hello, welcome to HCM, I am Dr. Das

Look, the symptoms you described indicates a high possibility of urinary tract infection.

For confirmation, do a urine examination from a laboratory first.

Then consult with a general physician with the report for proper treatment. IF pus cells are found in increased amount, you have to take a broad spectrum antibiotic like ciprofloxacin.

For this, you can also consult with urologist.

Regards.
