Tremor In Hands, Loss Of Strength. Related?

Hi, My hands have recently (3 months ago) started with a small tremor , mainly when i am handling fiddly and small things. Also i have just come back to the gym and found that i have lost significant amounts of strength (particularly endurance) in my weight lifting. I am 18, could these two things be related? If so, what is the likely cause? Thank you Callum
