Treatment For Watery Stools, Gas, Gurgling In Stomach?

Hi, I have been having water stool and my stomach is very loud with gurgling noises. I also have some gas. This started yesterday where I had about 4 of these and I just had to go sgain at 3 am... What could this be? Should I be worried. I am 43 yo black male. I have not had this sort of thing that I can remember since my 20's.
