I saw a podiatrist regarding me walking pigedon toed. He gave orthotics over a year ago, however i still walk pigeon toed. Is there anything else that can be done?

welcome to HCM.
You have not mentioned your age. All corrective measures have to be done very early in the childhood. As the person grows old correction becomes more and more difficult.
First of all the cause responsible for metatarsus varus (pigeon toe) has to be identified and corrective procedure for that defect has to be undertaken.
A good orthopedic surgeon should be able to guide you.
