Treatment For Pain Between Chest And Stomach Due To GERD?
dear sir, now a days i am suffering GERD problem ,i already taking medicine since last 5 months but still not got any result day to day my health going to bad condition ,as per doctor advice i do tests like lft,ultrasound& endoscopy & found fft test serum sgpt label is -72 and endoscopy report is grade A esophagitis & antral gastritis thats why 1st one month doctor advice me to taking these medicine like rekool,sufrate,libratex,unienzyme,levogastrol
for next month rabon l,libratex,sufrate, for next two month nexpro fast 40,genfate,libratex,zymopen current month i am taking rekool-l,actigut,pancreoflat,equirex i felt that some medicinal reaction from current month medicine even all after this i felt pain between middle of my chest & stomach & every five to ten minute there is
much gases relise from my mouth pls doctor suggest me what can i do now

Thanks for your query.
You are apparently suffering from H.pylori infection of the stomach and intestine. Esophagitis and antral gastritis are due to the infection.
A 2-weeks' course of anti-H.pylori therapy + Prokinetic drug such as metoclopramide + Probiotic such as, Lactobacilli; followed by (with effect from Day 15), 3-6 months' course of anti-acid drug (such as Rabeprazole or Lansoprazole) plus Probiotic and digestive enzymes, will cure the disease.
Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion. I am certain that he will agree with me and will prescribe the advised drugs in appropriate doses.
