Nightfall is not a problem; it is a natural solution to discharge the excess of sperms produced so that the old ones go out making space to stay for new sperms produced by the testes. It is not a problem so please don't worry .It will not harm you or affect your health in any way.
Take care.

General & Family Physician Dr. Pragnesh Vachharajani's  Response
Dear Anxious young man, this is not a problem. This is normal. After you attain puberty semen production starts in your body and when you get excited at night the semen comes out. This is normal thing at common amongst young chaps.Semen finds it way to come out either during relations with partner, during masturbation or like this.Just relax and enjoy the life.
