Treatment For Nausea After Child S Head Injury?

Hi my daughter bumped heads with anotherbchild at school today they applied an ice pack to the affected area she says she had a headache this afternoon at school and told the teacher but theysaid she was fine now she says she feeks sick what should I do as she can over reactwith things

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your child's symptoms and would like to reassure you that her symptoms do not suggest any serious head injury.

She has had a mild head injury and mild headache can occur after that. You can give her paracetamol for that.

If she continues to complain about headache, then, a brain CT scan may be done.
