Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You are pregnant of 14 weeks, and you have sinus problem as well.
The reasons for migraine could be the sinusitis, anxiety, or hypertension, which may develop at this stage.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, phenylephrine, citrizine, and paracetamol. Hypertensives if there is hypertension.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
