Hello
i share your concern
Looking at your history you should immediately consult your doctor for a battery of tests like hemoglobin CBC liver function test or thyroid teSt and an hormonal assessment
it could be related to low hormone level or anxiety and stressful life

this can be corrected you need not to worry
avoid alcohol and smoking
have multivitamin supplements
go for exercise daily
remain cheerful and stress free

thanks for your query please feel free to write back to us for more information
best wishes
