Treatment For Heaviness In Limbs, Pins And Needles, Nausea?
I feel very weak and achey. My arms and legs feel heavy and I have pins and needles in them and also in my lips but this comes and goes. I feel nauseous but haven t been sick. My vision in my right eye went blurry last night. I gave a tickly cough and was snuffly when I woke up. I have occasional breathlessness.

The heaviness and pins and needles sensations that you have can be related to an electrolyte disturbance or dehydration or low levels of vitamin B12. Do get these levels evaluated and start with proper supplements.
