Treatment For Headache, Indigestion, Flatulence, Sinusitis?

i have chronic sinusitis and 1 year long indigestion accompanied by flatulence,burping,abdominal bloating. Frequent recurring headache after meal, especially when i wake up in the morning with empty stomach. I usually bear mild headache on temporal region frequently and sometimes intense one on upper portion of eyes and front of head. I also have chronic postnasal drip problem. Headache causing a grim and grave interruption in my studies, please help me out so that i may get relief from such long lasting headache and indigestion.

It seems that the indigestion and the flatulence and sinusitis which is causing the migraines or the headaches in you. This is acting like a trigger factor and causing the problem.

You can try the following things to see if they help you:
Gargle with warm salt water so that you can clear your throat
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Eat meals at regular times
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Drink lots of water

See a Doctor if you are not better after 3 days. All the best.
