Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer.
Fluctuating bp can be because of lot of causes. Some are infection, stress or taking some other medicine which decrease the efficacy of the drug. Other possible cause is increased requirement of the drug. You should keep monitoring your bp & should tell your treating doctor who can modify the medicines accordingly.
Shortness of breath on exertion at your age can be because of Anemia (low Hb) or due to some structural heart disease. I will recommend for a blood test, CBC(Complete blood count) & 2D Echo for it.
Both are not a emergency & you could prefer to meet your treating doctor tomorrow.
Thanks
