Hi tulsidas,
cold and fever are commonly due to viral inection like rhinovirus which may be complicated by bacterial infection, take over the counter paracetamol not more than 20mg/kg over 24 hours, along with nasal decongestants and antihistaminics for prescription consult physician

you can have paracetamole and nimsulide combination for fever,antibiotics,,for cold..moreover steam inhalation with vicks vapourab will help you..

Hi Parmar, you need to take Paracetamol 500 mg thrice a day for fever, Steam inhalation again thrice a day will help relieve the cold, or can try the household remedy of tea with ginger , thulasi ,pepper.
