generally children do get fever and cold 4 to 5 times in a year in the first five years of life usually with changing seasons and are most of the time mild and self limiting. they resolve with minimal things like warm fluids, mild antipyretics . take good care of his hygine, give bath twice a day, esp in the evenings, with warm water, encourage physical activity. avoid outside food. if the problem persists do the said tests
