Treatment For Abnormal Bowel Movements And Flatulence?

Hello I am 25 years old and drink moderate water and also do not eat junk at all. i walk for an hour regularly and excercise for half an hour. I have a problem with my bowel movements. I eat vegetables and somehow I have seen it that I have to go for it once or twice a week. Only medicine does the trick otherwise I go without it for 3 4 days. i do flatulence and it is very irritating. please help me.

The most common reasons of constipation and flatulence are bad diet (low fiber intake), chronic bacterial infection, hypothyroidism, medicines (Ca-blockers, antidepressants), bowels obstruction (due to Crohns disease).

I suggest you to start with diet improvement. Your diet seems healthy. Please try to increase some fiber intake (whole grain products) and start probiotic supplementation.
If this wont help, have stool test and thyroid test. Colonoscopy should be the last step.
