Treatment For Sero-negative Spondyloarthropathy

I am 38 is diagonised with sero-negative spondyloarthropathy, ankylosing spondilytis. diagnosis - hla b27 positive with hlab-7 in 0.6% cases.can u tell me about the possible treatment.? because some one told me opreation is the only option. Please help me.
