Treatment For Paranoid Schizophrenia?

hello, I m getting very concerned about my wife. I would say she is delusional but it gets worse around that time of the month. She doesn t trust me as far as she can see me and we always have the same argument every month. This time around I actually said her part of the argument before she got to it and instead of a light bulb that I hoped for it just took the argument into the next level. I am not a professional but if I had to guess I would say that it is borderline paranoid scyzophrenia? Sorry unsure about spelling. We have 3 lovely little daughters and I ve asked numerous times for her not to argue in front of them because they get scared. all of this goes unheeded. I m to the point of actually leaving like she says in our monthly argument (her argument, not mine) and if it were not for my daughters I probably would have a long time ago. I m afraid of leaving them with her though. Not because of physical abuse but because I don t want her to pass her paranoid personality on to them. I need help in the worst way here because if questioned she is very convincing that everything is okay. Any help would be greatly appreciated. By the way she does try to get physical with me from time to time.

hi.
the way you have described her problem, it can be something else too. you need to show her to a therapy because it is the best way for a person to actually get to know whats happening beneath the surface. maybe her actions are related to something else, something deep inside of her.
she needs help, and so does your marriage.
please see a therapist.
