Travelling, Abdomen Pain, Pain Getting Worse, Mood Swings. What Could Be The Reason?

My name is Shane, I recently moved to the UK and ever since arriving, I have been experiencing some of the most excruciating pains in the abdominal area that travel down into my anus ... I also feel constipated and battle to go to the toilet...The pains started off slowly and have progressively got worse and more constant...They have also been affecting my mood swings a lot... I even battle to pass wind. Please help me find out what is wrong?

2-USE ONE TEASPOON PANCHSAKAR CHURNA WITH HOT WATER after taking food in night during going to bed .
3-TAKING LEAFY VEGETABLE AND SPROUTS IN UR DIET SPECIALLY CUCUMBER.
4-U CAN TAKE CASTOR OIL (20 ml) MIXED WITH MILK AND DRINK AT NIGHT.
5-IF PAIN PERSIST THEN U TAKE TAB MEFTAL SPAS .
6-HINGUWASTAK CHURNA 3 gm B.D IF EXCESS GAS FORMATION.
7-U CAN APPLY HING PASTE ON UR ABDOMEN IF DIFFICULY IN PASSING THE GAS.
SO CONSULT UR NEAR PHYSIAN FOR INVESTIGATION AND CONSULTANCY.
