General & Family Physician 's  Response
in your age group follicular cyst are quite common and most of the cyst disappear in a month or two, so if they are not symptomatic then they can be treated medically or just followed up for few months and if symptoms increases then they can be removed far as endometrial thickness in concerned it ranges from 2mm to 16 mm depending upon the stage of menstrual cycle and hormonal profile, increased thickness my be indicative of growing uterine adenoma or carcinoma for which you should consult a gynaecologist and go for histo pathological examination of the sample if required .
thanks for consulting HCM
