Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Retroverted uterus means uterus is tilted backward towards spine and is normal variant. In few cases it may be associated with certain pathological conditions.

Heterogeneous echo texture of uterus means echo texture is not uniform. In your case it may be due to asymmetrical thickening of uterus. Other common causes of heterogeneous echo texture is fibroid uterus and adenomyosis.
Size of uterus is normal.
Muscles of uterus is asymmetrically thickened( anterior more than posterior).
Endometrium is normally trilaminar in appearance and it measures 6 mm and it is normal.

Hope you have understand the terms.

Take Care
