Transvaginal Scan Showed Anteverted Uterus, No Lesion, Thickened Endometrium, Cystic Ovary, Multiple Follicles. Help

the result of my tv scan shows a normal sized anteverted uterus with no myometrical lesion. endometrium is thickened, hyperchoic and intact at 1.43 cm. The right ovary is cystic and anechoic; The left ovary contains multiple small subcapsular follicles < 1cm in size, > 12 in number suggestive of polycystic changes. No Free fluid in the cul de sac.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
According to your ultrasound:
-Endometrial thickness is more indicating hormonal imbalance.
-Ploycystic ovary pattern present, indicating hormonal imbalance.
Put together because of the effect of the hormones, you are having PCOD. That can present with features like- anovulation, irregular periods, insulin resistance etc.
You have to take treatment for PCOD to correct the hormonal imbalance.
Take care.
