Hello sir, I am a 21 years old guy and i have wet dreams after i watch porn and in the morning when i take a look at my underwear, i find some white dried region. Is that sperm? I also try to masturbate for around 2 minutes but no sperm comes out instead i have a transperant thick liquid coming out. Do i have some major problem. Will i be able to produce babies?
