Trans Vaginal Ultrasound Done. What Does The Report Indicate?

hi just have my trans vaginal ultra sound and it states...normal sized anteverted uterus with secretory phase
endometrium
endometrial cyst,right.
hemorrhagic corpus luteum vs endometrial cyst,left.
tubulo cystic structure,left as described probably represnting hydrosalpinx of endometriosis with soologic signs of adhesion.

2.Hydrosalpinx is a conditions in which there is collection of free fluid or collection in Fallopian tube and Adhesion means there may be infection , U further should go for MRI pelvis.........................................................................
