Trans Vaginal Ultrasound Done. What Does Report Suggest?
Please make me understand the result of my TVS as follows: The uterus is retroverted with regular contour and homogeneous myometrium.There are no myometrial masses seen.The cervix is closed and contains nabothian cysts.The endometrium is thin and trilaminar with intact endomyometrial interface. The right ovary is anterolateral to the uterus and contains follicles,with the largest follicle measuring 1.4x1.3x1.0cm.The left ovary is anterolateral to the uterus and contains follicles,with the largest follicle measuring 1.6x1.8x1.3cm.Anterior to the left ovary is a thin-walled unilouclar anecholic cystic structure measuring 1.1x1.1x.9cm suggestive of a paraovarian versus paratubal cyst.There are no other adnexal masses seen.There is no free fluid in the cul-de-sac...THANK YOU VERY MUCH..

Hello Thanks for posting to HCM. TVS report ..Left ovarian cyst. but size of cyst is small. Regards Dr.Sharmila Bura
