Touched Penis After Touching Vagina Of A Sex Worker. Chances Of Getting HIV/ STD?
Dear Doctor,I had used 2 condoms prior to contact to the genital of the CSW.But after insersion I was loosing erection and within few seconds I withdrew and with my fingers masturbated far a second erection which again failed within minutes and due to unco-operation from the CSW who was hurrying for the time of hardly 20 minutes,I needed to give away without ejaculation. While removing the condom my hand which was previously(10-15sec) moist by her vaginal secretion came in contact with the penis.I hurriedly removed the condom and started washing my hand as well as the penis and groins simultaniously at the same attempt with clinic active shampoo and forgetting prior exposue of my fingers(slight winter abbrasions on some fingers before the nail , not bleeding). Is there any possibility of getting HIV/STIs?
In the circumstances you described, its very less likely, almost nil chances, for you to get any STI or HIV. You took a good step of immediately washing the hands with running water. Unless the skin was breached or you put it in contact with your mouth or eyes, your exposure status is safe.
You dont need any post exposure prophylaxis for now. And if you are still doubtful get a HIV test done after few weeks just for your confirmation, although I still maintain you are pretty much non exposed and you'll be fine.
Hope I helped.
