Tonsils, Gum Line Swollen, Bumps On Tongue, Blister On Lip. What Could This Be?

I had a fever on Thursday night and my tonsils were and still are swollen with white dots , when I woke up on Friday morning my gum line was a little swollen and no more fever Saturday I noticed my gum line even more swollen both bottom and top now Im beginning to develop little bumps on my tongue and a little canker/ blister on my lip what is this?

Hello,
Your gums and lips are ulcerated.
I would suggest you to get cleaning done by a dentist.
Maintain oral hygiene well.
Use chlorhexidine mouthrinses to gargle.
Take plenty of fluids and nutritious diet.
Vitamin becosules,c,iron supplements has to be administered.
Avoid intake of spicy foods.
