Tomato skin choked in the throat. unable to cough it out. Have shoulder pain. Solution?

I was on a trip 2 weeks ago and since I got back I have a cough like I have a tomatoe skin in my throat and I am trying to cough it out. I do not have pain breathing in or out I try to sleep and wake up every 30 minutes from cough. Have slept with pillows upright does not help. Have shoulder pain in the joint area. I originally had sore throat nothing else. Cough is like a bark.

I have gone through your question.
It suggests that you are suffering from the pharyngitis.
I personally recommend to go for proper antibiotic course, antiallergic medications, antacid and mild painkiller for relieve of your symptoms.

There is no need to so much worry about the tomato.
