Toe infection, blood blister, lump on right hip flexor. Taking antibiotics. Cure?

I have a toe infection I just received Antibiotics for yesterday. Since taking them, the pain has stopped and the infection doesnt seem to be spreading. But a big blood blister has appeared. Should I be weary of this? Also, I just noticed an extra lump on my right hip flexor that is a little sensitive. I ve never had it before. ANy word on this either?

Thanks for writing to health care magic.
Do not worry. As you are on antibiotics, the infection should settle. Also consult your doctor for local antiseptic oinments.
The swelling which has appeared could be a reactive lymph node. However if it increases in size or becomes painful, consult immediately.
