Pediatrician 's  Response
the symptoms of ear infection are sudden onset of unexplained fever, vomiting, tugging or pulling of ears.Since she has a past history of ear infections , I would put that on the top of my list.I would giver her paracetamol and a medicine for vomiting ( anti emetic).I would like her ears to be checked .With regard to her rash, it could be either due a diaper rash or a fungal infection. If the diaper rash is scattered it would indicate a fungal infection.I would advice frequent nappy change or leave her without the nappy for a few days
