Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.

Frequent nose bleeds needs evaluation for any local problems like growth, foreign body, and any underlying bleeding disorders.

Anemia because of frequent bleeds occur which may be reason for his tiredness.

Other reasons apart from anemia is to rule out scurvy which leads to frequent bleeds and refusal to walk.

Basic investigations like CBP, CT, BT, PT, APTT, and X rays to be done.

Before investigations, physical examination by his pediatrician is important to look for the causes and ordering appropriate investigations.

Hope I have answered your query.

Regards.
